You feel the breach of cold metal now,
Blades shred bones, blood flows.
Angels sing the hymn of death
As Christ is burnt in light.
A forest of light, God's dancing on clouds,
The fire is burning the wood,
Angels dancing and Christ is screaming,
Fog and smoke, the music explodes.
Skulls accumulate… A step!
Bones burst, watch the cross.
The blood, the body is allied
As Jesus Christ died!
Ascending a white marble staircase then,
Counting more than a thousand steps,
I reached the top, out of breath,
Watched into the wind.
I'm falling down, the floor disappears,
Soul and body are torn apart,
And I — oh God — I can't decide
To die in heaven or on asphalt.
