One night in the canopy of heaven
Hell wasn't far away.
Dare a view upon the secrets.
Stars fall down when gods awake…
A lighthouse older than time itself.
A wanderer with fluttering hair
Uses a dusty machine,
To tell mankind — we're still there!
On and on, rise and fall,
Luck and disgrace.
What if darkness rules
And our symbols are replaced?
A coffin-like clock, out of measure,
Shattered puppets call for grace.
Salvation comes from the past,
A Golden Dawn from outer space.
Inside these flats, these cock-eyed walls,
Unruly gods through crystal balls.
To be observed — this is their fate,
They stretch their arms reach out in hate.
On and on, rise and fall,
Luck and disgrace.
